bored

ok. i am officially very bored. and i cant stant the thought that i have to go to school tomorrow for some STUPID math project. URGH! i seriously do not want to go but then again. who knows what kind of benifits i will get it i DO go. oh well. i think that i should really start to really diet before i balloon out of control once more. but somehow i just cant find it in my heart to actually do exercise willingly. however, this will probably change once boredom becomes so intense it pushes me to go and swim for i dunno...an hour or so?
WARNING : whatever below here is not meant to be defamatory in anyway. i shall not be held responsible for any negative impact on anyone's emotions. you may choose to read on or to leave immediately.
on with writing whatever that comes to my mind. specifically, an article i read on TODAY newspaper about a blogger being arrested because of being racist. and i saw a particular phrase that shows how many loophole are there in *clears throat*(for fear of being arrested). that phrase is "freedom of speech is a debatable term". well, i think that there is hardly any point of actually writing that section in the Singapore Statutes if they are gonna impose multiple restrictions that basically defeats the purpose of the section by undermining freedom of speech. and whats more, the poor guy is claustrophobic. how can he actually survive even a few weeks in jail? its a psychological barrier that is just going to be very difficult to break down. not that i am blaming anyone because racism is just not morally correct in that sense. but to actually sue? IN MY OPINION, i think thats overreacting to a very large extent. in fact, i think that to believe that racism can be removed from our society by simply reinforcing laws by punishment is rather naive. but i shall not elaborate further before anyone sues me. i guess censorship on the internet has finally made progress. and as a result, i may have to choose my words carefully when i am blogging from now on then. not to mention inserting a warning or disclaimer at the beginning of every post. which is quite troublesome if you'll ask me. oh well, thats that for today. byebye
