Bukit Timah Saddle Club. a mosquito infested place in a supremely deserted and out-of-the-way area somewhere near Bukit Timah Road. it is almost impossible to make it into the club without a vehicle. unless you do not mind walking about 3km just to get OUT of the club. and another 2 to 3km to the main road where you can see signs of civilisation. today, the people from the classes ms ying taught were invited to the saddle club to have lunch and to look at her boyfriend, Lobo the Horse. who got a free lunch from us as well X). anyway, i started off at like 10 sumthing to go all the way to bishan(the second time in my life i am going there) and go to the club together with melissa, woonyee, meiyan and amanda (woonyee's dad fetched us there thank heavens). and if i might add, i wanted to get some shopping down before 1140am which is when we are supposed to go the place together..but the bus i took seemed to be cursed. why do i say so? the damned bus 55 stopped at like practically every bus-stop AND traffic light. every 100m or so it will slow down and stop. it was travelling like a snail as compared to the other buses AND that flaming driver took like 15 minutes to rest before making the loop. how do i know this? when i first reached the stop i saw it at the opposite. it is supposed to make a turn at VS and then go all the way to BISHAN. so i thought it will be quite fast. but how wrong can i be...it took eternity to reach the stop and by tat time, i was really close to suffer from dehydration. needless to say i was damn angry at the driver. anyway, when i finally reached the darned place, i went in to look for clothes when amanda called. so well, rushed back and went to saddle club. the moment we reached we started on a game of MONOPOLY. and mrs lim(principal of TJ) surprised us all by turning up together with a bag full of carrots. hahaha. too bad she din talk to us too much. anyway, we paused to have lunch which was catered by ms ying. was nice if you can stand spicy noodles. after the game we went down to the stables to have a look at the horses. they are well, HUGE and quite scary when you are trying to feed it. oh yes, some of them are like "P-U" smelly. anyway, we found ms ying's horse cum boyfriend and went around looking at other people's horse. soon after, ms ying and everyone else came down to feed the horse with their carrots. it is well, fun and nerve-wracking if you dun dare to touch them. like me :P . those horses are quite underfed you know...we were like feeding most of the horses that was quite safe to feed in the area. meaning those that we know are gentle and wun bite. but that does not mean that i am going to let them eat out of my hands!!! too many close shaves. well, actually not much. but anyway, ms ying being the owner of a horse, feeding them teeny tiny things from her hand to the horses are a norm for her. like sweets. yes SWEETS. horses lurve sweets. here is me feeding Lobo and trying very hard to to drop the darned carrot and run. anyway, after all the carrots are in the stomachs of those mammals, ms ying took her boyfriend out for a walk. and we went with her. talk about playing gooseberry. anyway, as it was grazing on some grass, mrs lim went home. and might i say that her car is SO cool!!!! white sports car. and ms ying told us to pull Lobo back to the stables. hahaha. she was commenting that Lobo was smart and a wonderful creature to ignore us who she described as nasty people. hahaha. anyway, it was quite a job to get that Lobo to even turn his head. poor kerry had quite a time trying to get it to walk by pulling on the funny strap like thing which i dunno the proper name. and as we were bringing it down ms ying came up and took the leish like thing and jerked him in another direction. hahahahahaha...it was really funny coz Lobo was so heavy that she almost lost her balance when she jerked him saying that: "you cant bring him down the steps right?". hahahaha. i think i shall write down what ms ying said that i find rather interesting later on. anyway, after a game of pool which i lost to miaomiao :(, and watching ms ying play monopoly with the others, we went off. ms ying drove us OUT of the place and dropped us somewhere near bukit timah road and told us how to go somewhere familiar. what is so significant is that the trip itself is so CUTE! even though it was real short, it doesnt mean it isnt interesting. one, she absolutely doesnt care about the hump OR the stripes on the road and juz zoom past them, and the shock is quite large..haha. two, she juz went to the end of a section of the road and spun 360 degrees with no warning and with no slowing down. the inertia was..all i can sae is *phew* but since i am in the front seat and have a seatbelt on, i din feel it as much as the poeple at the back (miaomiao, meiyan and amanda) who slided literally to the left and squished poor meiyan. and as she turned she was like "WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!". well, we found our way to orchard and then we all went home. now lets see wad did ms ying say.

1. "if you want to look small can pose next to Lobo, we can all hide [at the side of the horse] and say cheese" (pops head from side of Lobo)
2. "haha, he's so smart. he is ignoring you all. Lobo there are many nasty people here to see you today"
3. "isnt it wonderful, you can ride him and he doesnt feel a THING. he is so heavy! saddles and all. but dun ask me to put one on it takes me AGES."
4. "(holds leash and tugs and loses balance a bit)you cant bring him down the stairs rite..."
5. "this is my nice grey pony(pats dashboard of the car)there are nasty people here today"
6. "(car jerks violently)oops that was a nasty change of gear i do apologise for that"
7. "where do you wanna go? mrt or bukit timah? i think nearest MRt is newton? (chatters at the back of the car) and no one is listening..."
8. "(makes sudden violent turn) WHEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"
9. "ok i'll drop you all here. quick i am winning!(refering to her game of monopoly)"

ok...those may not seem funny, coz its the way that she says it that makes it so hilarious. hahaha. ok..gtg byebye
