rollerblading.
ok. i know i am supposed to tok about my hong kong trip but now i need to write about sumthing else first. i promise i shall try my bes to complete the whole HK diaries thingy. so. the topic of the day is ROLLERBLADING. and all i have to say is that i will NEVER rollerblade ever again in my entire life. today was my first time trying to rollerblade and all i did was fall and fall and fall and sustain injuries. i wonder if my knee will ever be the same again. and thank goodness for hand guards. without them, i think i would have lost my hand my the end of the day instead of suntaining only a small cut on my left hand. and my poor knee hurts quite a bit..... BOOHOOHOO. next time i go to east coast park, i am gonna stick to CYCLING. it is much safer although there are still possibilities that i will fall and it is faster and it is easier to balance and is it easier. most importantly, i know how to cycle!!!!!! and it is also cheaper. so that is an added bonus. as usual, i am the slowest at rollerblading...both konrad and fadhil learnt it earlier than me.. (not like as if i am fastest when i am cycling..but well....at least i am enjoying myself)...anyway, being the slowest will mean that i am constantly alone and no-one is there to help when i fall down. and worst of all, it RAINED today!!! and i fell the wrost as i was trying to get to the shelter...thank goodness there was this kind lady who helped me up and guided me to the seat. and i do apologise sincerely coz i accidentally kicked her with the blades as i lost balance once again... anyway, after that i trudged all the way back home and can finally rest properly... =) ... so here is how i feel about this experience: it SUCKS and my butt HURTS and so does my knee and that cut in my hand is VERYVERY restrictive when i am trying to bathe!!! in short, rollerblading? NEVER!!!1
