well, i am feeling much better now... depression is really scary. so yeah, got over those issues and now i am perfectly happy again. well, actually not really coz of ALL THE DARNED STUPID IDIOTIC BITCHY homework that we have to do not to mention read a horrendous long and extremely boring book called frankenstein. i mean, if the use of language is nearer to my time, it would be a page turner but the flowery language and hyperbole is getting on my very last nerve. especially mary shelley's repeated use of the word "ardour". and its been TWO days and i am still stuck at volume ONE. there are THREE OF THESE HORRORS TO READ!!!! damnit! and there is supposed to be a darned "simple" test on it when school reopens!!! which is so so so pressurizing! and add on to all the other homework that i have like GEOGRAPHY and CHEMISTRY and everything else. URGH it is sosososososososo annoying!
and oh yes. i am really glad that i expressed my view on this article in the Today newspaper on 19jan regarding NS. well, i think that that article is totally sparstic and shallow. it shows the writes lack of depth and interllect and his narrowmindedness. and seriously, i think that this person is just saying that all NS evaders should be punished severely and that Melyvn Tan (a concert pianist who is a Singapore citizen but migrated to UK) got away with it too lightly juz because HE has to go through NS when other can juz escape from it. and seriously, given his pretigious and respectful occupation, i would have expected better opinions as compared to that extremely onesided and retarded article which he had the GUTS to even send it to the PAPERs. oh yes. to all those people who actually agree with this article like someone who wrote into the forum to respond to the article, if u seriously think that everyone can juz throw their lives, oppurtunities and golden once-in-a-lifetime chances right out of the window and to slam the windows of oppurtunity close personally and simply recover all of the above after two years of NS is totally STUPID and has dangerously low IQ and they should juz keep their stupid views to themselves instead of embarrasing themselves in the papers.
