today, fabian ian and me were supposed to go out for breakfast after fabian's tuition and before ian's church. but in the end, we ended up going for lunch instead. buffet at shangri la hotel. hahaha..i am so bloated. thx ianny...anyway, we were going crazy over there...reading funny articles on newsweek magazine and laughing every few minutes...hahaha...there are loads of food there...and we spent quite some time on the seafood section...ate like..loads of crayfish and scallops and oysters and whatnot. then after that i proceeded to the sushi counter and ordered sashimi and sushi...and by that time i was half way to reaching my quota...haha...so after that we just walked to the rest of the places...got a plate of tandoori stuff that we all shared and then we went for other stuff..steaks, sausages, gratin which was HEAVENly...and well, since fabian was 18 and can get alchohol drinks which is included in the buffet, me and ian asked him to help us get like..loads of drinks...vodka mixed with 7-up and fruits and stuff like that. hahahahaha...had quite a few cups of that and ian also tried the rambutan pineapple red wine thingy which is ok..but not as good as the vodka drink...oh yeah...fabian was having loads of fun at the oyster plate...hahaha...and the woman serving alchohol drinks became his fren oredy..since he went there so many times...hahahahaha...so after we tried snippets of everything, it was time to get desserts though we were freaking full...so first we went for teppanyaki icecream...yeap..thats wad they called it and we mixed every flavour possible besides coconut and also mixed loads of toppings and stuff. then after that we had some strawberries at the chocolate fountain thingy...and after a short rest we went for crepes which we ate with yet another scoop of icecream and mango shorbet. oh yeah..and we realized that there are several little boxes which u can use to fill up with sweets...marshmallows,m&ms,gummy sweets and tons of other stuff....yah..so we took SEVERAL boxes...lol...and brought them home..hehex. anyway...we were FILLED TO THE BRIM after the meal and so after a short walk at takashimaya, we went to ian's house and watched shrek 2. coz fabian didnt watch yet. oh yeah...we were also introducing him to our blogs...hahahahaha. ok lah...i left out loads of details....but that was basically how today went be :P
