rejoice rejoice. hail the arrival of "de lovely" monday. highlight of the day? PE sucks big time. yes. let me elaborate on this matter.
a week ago, everyone in the cohort and 28/07 (i think) were sitting on the main gallery of the sports complex. basically, the teachers took their sweet sweet time taking attendence as usual after they confirmed rumours that there will be mock 2.4km run today. "whoopie" *pops champagne with sordid expression* and there is that chinese idiom..."fall into well throw stone". so while i was "rejoicing", dear PE teachers have to tell us, "next week will be mock chin up and broad jump". wow. stunned. but almost immediately after that, i was thinking..."wadeva...i never managed to pass it anyway." so yes, terence had that mental preparation to go into a programme called "PE S-papers." great honour there yah. but then again...that thought was driven out of my mind when i lost 3/4 of my life after running (and to my surprise, passing) 2.4km. so i lived in that state of self-denial all the way till...this morning. anyway...being constantly surrounded by paranoid people in school means that SOMEONE is bound to start worrying about that little issue. yes. and then terence will be so freaking frustrated because HEY, i will fail BOTH items with ease. but then again...carn really make a big fuss of it. so i managed to maintain that heck care attitude throughout the day. WAHAHA. great job terence. and THEN, i went for PE, and failed both items just like i predicted. and on top of that, my legs now hurt coz of that STUPID broad jump which i managed to pass the mark twice but it wasnt counted coz apparently he quote thinks unquote i fouled. story of my life, so terence is the ONLY person in his class who failed both items... why am i NOT surprised.
anyway, i learnt to accept that so wadeva. keep moving forward. yes. besides. why dwell on something so insignificant? i mean...its just napha test...i dun think its a fair test even. with valid reasons. not like some whore/ martha focker/ slimy son of a bitch/ pompous uptight bastard who probably works for the Go**r**ent who claims that "it is natural for people to think that the physical test is unfair because they failed it". which slut said that? some big sized digit featured in that sunday times article which i was ranting about on the last day of the march holidays. but i digress. the point is, i dun think the test is fair nor should it be used as that yardstick. in fact, i dun even think that there should be a yardstick for other people's fitness in the first place. at least not one that some authority forced down onto people. so why bother with it? why fuss over it? no. point. period.
on a lighter note, i think meet the robinsons is a REALLY good movie. another movie to add to that disney craze of mine. as always, the whole message is well...i would say multilayered. one is a more commercial interpretation and the other is simply positive. especially like the part where they all congratulate lewis coz he FAILED to fix a machine. awesome. kudos to disney once again... they never fail to make me happy/ impress me. keep moving forward. keep moving forward. and learn.
