today, i woke up at 8.20am. i have to be in school before 9 because i have a SPA appointment. well. not appointment. SPA EXAM. anyway, i ate breakfast and went down to wait for the stupid bus. i missed a 197 and waited for a hell of a LONG time before another bus came. by then, it was 8.48am. obviously, i only had a VAGUE idea when the bio spa is and so...i wasn't exactly panicking. but thank GOD i quickened my pace to school and when i walked into LT3, i was SHOCKED to see that the whole world is seated and the teacher is handing out the question papers.
so..i RUSHED like mad to find a stupid seat and panicked to get paper. thank god i got an extra paper from my classmate..and before i got the rest of the paper, the time already started. so off i went on a crazy 1 hour exam where i have to write non stop. the question was DEFINITELY not new to any of us coz we did the practice on the EXACT same question for practice. so once time started, my pen hit the paper and it hardly stopped for the next 50 minutes. so as the theory of enzymes is flowing out of my pen, the teacher came up with the paper...yeah. so. finally, i can concentrate fully. and i have to say that i think i remember most of the stuff. and then after doing ALL the way to the end of variables, i realized i forgot the IMPORTANT section on LIMITING FACTORS in the theory. so i SCREAMED...softly..i think..and rushed to find the other piece of paper and squeezed the 3 sentences into 2 lines of space.
AT THAT POINT IN TIME: i had that slight NAGGING feeling that i left something out. but i brushed that aside and continued to overwork my hand. statistical analysis and safety precautions totally endangered my hand because i could feel that it was about to BREAK or sumthing. after i finished EVERYTHING (or so i thought), i was flicking my wrist like it was some thermometer to shake away the stiffness...and then i went back to check and double check and TRIPLE check. and then i made some adjustments, rewrote some totally illegible words, added an additional point... and then...checked again and again and read it through...to make sure i din miss anythign out..until the time is up. the teachers are so cute as to use timed powerpoint slides to time us...haha. i think that is so amusing. ok. so finally, it is OVER. and we all went to our bags with that silent thought that we are gonna burn those evil bio spa skill a guide to success.
then SUDDENLY, allister comes and asks, "did you include the ruler?" and then he goes on to explain that it is on the procedures given to us in the notes. then SUDDENLY..i felt so STUPID!!!!!!! that NAGGING feeling that i missed something turned out TRUE. and i MISSED OUT THAT!!!!! 1 ruler for apparatus list and using a ruler for procedures. for 5 words, i lost ONE LEVEL. minimum. BLOODY hell. so obviously, i was so UPSET...i needed to go home to nurse my injuries. i.e: SLEEP. and after i SLEPT, and got my home PC fixed... i was DEPRESSED coz it is SO NOT WORTH IT. and coz i WANTED to write it. i remembered that i needed to write it TOGETHER with the limiting factors concept. but i FORGOT about it after i wrote the LIMITING FACTORS!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes. so i was DISTRAUGHT and i was sulking.
thank GOODNESS there is STEPHHIE to cheer me up online...hahaha. and i think i got over it the moment she mentioned POTC and that extra sumthing sumthing. i was all smiles as i went to my darling windows media player for audiotherapy. (a term i think i first came across in my bestie fabian's blog) yes. and i went increasingly high which is equivalent to crazy. hhahahaha. thanks stephhie!!! hehex. and DUN BE SAD coz u try to get me to get over it for so long but less than 5 seconds into the song i was over it liao. thats not totally true oso..hahahaha. you get MAJOR credit!!!!! hehex.
i thought i was over it. but. thank god i wasnt.
