weekend

today marks the end of the "first" week of school i.e: the first week of non-prelim school. it has been traumatic - to say the least. but there should be more shocks coming my way next week because the poor teachers are struggling to finish marking our papers. i suppose it's a fact that sometimes the "arts" teachers resent the "science" teachers because of the vast difference in time taken to mark scripts. my dearest GP tutor is known to complain about the math tutors because they can finish marking scripts within one single weekend while they have to SLOG through horrid handwriting and leaps of logic. don't you just love sciences?

that said, i obviously have not gotten my GP and Econs results yet and honestly, i have no idea what kinda marks i'll get. not too good i'll expect. however, what i GOT back was enough to shock me to my roots. which also makes me wonder why am i blogging... don't i have better things to do? like... study? anyway, if you're wondering what kinda crappy results i got... chances are i dont want you to know if you have no inkling how horribly i did this time round. it was. BAD. esp for certain subjects. in fact... i was REALLY hard hit by one particular subject and the details are too painful to write down. duh i talked to my bfF fabian abt it... and then to my teacher... where things got a little dramatic..............

of course... there are some that are "fine". fine meaning that i am relatively satisfied but i'm pretty sure i can do better. but of course, i am not exactly stressing out for those AS much. note the relativity. but come on. if i'm gonna worry my poor tired brain over EVERYTHING... i will break down and get crushed by the sheer weight of my stress. so NO. i am sick and tired of it. i refuse to over-stress myself. (then comes the question, what do i mean by "over-stress"?) lol.. no. i'm serious. i've been there and done that and i CANNOT handle it. so i'm going to LET. GO.

so whatever. that's all i have to say about school. it's the weekends. i think it's time to rest my heart and mind.

*sighs* the warmth of 37 degrees. strong and gentle. firm and soft.
burying my head in my fluffy pillow. closing my eyes. thinking of ...
