after hell week in the army, i can truly say that i am very thankful for all the things that modern civilisation has brought me. indoor plumbing, concrete shelters, soft beds, clean sheets, fans and of course, SOAP! although i'm not allowed to post what happens in the fucking army, i think it is well within my rights to say that i have never been closer to nature than in the past week. more importantly, i DO NOT WANT to be this close with nature ever again. period.
stepping onto that tiled floor... pressing a magical button on the stone wall... a stream of pure pleasure cascading down upon me... my gosh i have never felt happier in my entire life bathing in an icy cold shower. and that wonderful, super pleasent smelling soap... feeling thick foam and bubbles run down my body... leaving a fresh amazing scent behind. i think that was one of the most refreshing showers i've ever had in my entire freaking life.
but whatever it is, i'm finally that it's over. in fact, my time spent in that pathetic island-where-i-keep-on-falling-sick-and-take-a-damn-long-time-to-recover is gonna be over soon too! hoping for a stay out vocation. please please please! this also means one other, VERY IMPORTANT and absolutely mortifying thing. that the 'A' level results are going to come out soon i.e: JUDGEMENT DAY! i've been freaking out and panicking like a mad man in camp and out of camp. i think this will probably be one of the scariest things that will happen to me. STRESS! i really hope i do well enough to get what i want.... seriously.... oh damn it! just typing about it is already increasing my heart rate. i guess anything to do with academics easily intimidates me. ahhhhhhhh!!! i foresee that i am going to cry when i get back my results. my only hope is... it is for the right reasons and not because of something bad...
p.s: notice today that i refused to talk about things that i always mention every single post! good job terence. hahaha!
- forever united here somehow.
